Strawberry Buttermilk Pops
1 pound of strawberries hulled
1 cup of buttermilk
i cup plain greek yoghurt
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup of sugar
pinch fine salt
Method
Puree the strawberries, buttermilk, yoghurt, honey, sugar, and salt in a blender until smooth.
Pour the mixture into ice pop moulds, Insert ice pop sticks and freeze until firm.
Cucumber, Agave and Mint Pops
2 large cucumbers chopped
1 cup of fresh mint leaves
1 cup of fresh lime juice
3/4 cup of agave nectar
pinch of fine salt
Method
Puree all ingredients until smooth. Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer. Pour smooth mixture into ice pop moulds and freeze till firm.
Mango Lime Ice Pop
2 large mangoes, peeled and chopped
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
1/3 cup sugar
pinch of fine salt
Method
Puree all ingredients until smooth. Pour mixture into ice pop moulds and freeze till firm.
Watermelon, Lime, Ginger Ice Pop
1 small seedles watermelon chopped
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup lime juice
2 tsps grated fresh ginger
pinch fine salt
Method
Puree all ingredients until smooth. Pour mixture into moulds and freeze till firm.
Grape, Green Apple, Kale Pops
2 cups white grape juice
2 cups seedless green grapes
2 cups stemmed and torn kale
2 ripe bananas
1 green apple chopped
pinch of fine salt
Method
Puree all ingredients until smooth. Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer. Pour mixture into moulds and freeze until firm.
