Senior Citizens are a valued part of our community, the Senior citizens run a number of social nights. On Mondays at 14.45pm in the Parish centre, a card game evening is organised for people to get involved in, the night concludes with a raffle with fun prizes, it provides a great opportunity for a friendly chat and a cup of tea.
Night time card games are organised on every second Tuesday of the month in the Parochial Hall starting at 20.00pm. On Wednesday nights at 20.00pm a bingo night is organised in the Parochial Hall. On the last Tuesday a social night is arranged at 20.00pm in the Parochial Hall for all the senior citizens in the area.
We also, provide a shopping service where we offer to collect shopping for the senior citizens in the area every second Thursday. Finally, a number of fun outings are arranged throughout the year (Easter, Mid Summer, Christmas etc).
