Dublin chippers come together with charity Pieta House

Dublin chippers come together with suicide prevention charity Pieta House.

On January 15th dozens of Irish Italian chippers across the capital will unite to help raise funds for Pieta House following the tragic death of Enrico Marsella last August.

Enrico Marsella was a beloved member of the Irish Italian community and will be sadly missed by his parents Olga and Angelo Marsella, his sisters Gabriella, Romina, and Emilia as well as his friends and other locals in the Rathcoole area.

Next Wednesday the 15th will see participating locations donating to the charity and staff wearing Pieta house t-shirts throughout the day.

There will be donation buckets provided on counters and a selection of meal deals.

Customers can choose from fish and chips, a quarter pounder and chips or a two piece southern fried chicken snackbox all for the low price of five euros.

In the liberties our own Toni’s on James street will be participating and it is a great opportunity to enjoy some great food, show solidarity with our Irish Italian friends as well as help raise funds for an important charity.

Chippers are being added to the list all the time with the following being confirmed at the present.
