Rental Prices In Dublin 8, Quarterly Update [Q3 2013]

The latest Daft Quarterly Report has been published yesterday, and it shows that rental prices continue to rise in our local area. Quarter-on-quarter rises in domestic rents continue throughout Dublin, with Dublin 8 not escaping this incredible surge.

Dublin 8 rents have risen by almost 4% for one and two bedroom housing units (houses, studios and apartments combined), but three bedroom homes have stayed pretty stagnant this quarter. However, the average rental prices for four bedroom units has increased by an incredible 13.7% over the space of three months.
