On Saturday 14th September, 36 Acts battled their way through the Starz’s Music competition at the Vanilla night club in Donnybrook here in our wonderful city of Dublin.
26 of the 36 acts bagged themselves a place in the final which will be held Saturday 19th October in Liberty Hall, Eden Quay here in Dublin.
There was plenty of up’s and down’s throughout the show, with some of the acts visibly nervous. This show was the result of many months of hard work by all involved, particularly the acts, the judges and the staff.
The acts are representing three venues, The Vanilla Night Club, Edenmore House and Lilly Bordellos.
As featured recently by frg.ie your favourite on line news wire, The Klares, a unique four piece group from Blackrock, have eased their way in to the final.
Also taking the stage was another band from Finglas called “Rise” who did an Aslan buy xanax with online consultation cover, ”Crazy World”. The song really got the crowd going, and people up on their feet.
The judges, who included Sharon Steacy Hennessy, Jo Jordan, Robbie Kane, Rosie Boyle, Una Williams, Daniel Murphy, Dean Ryan, and Aaron Corcoran had a very though decision to take 26 acts out of the 36, the competition was very close. There were 4 wild cards dished out which saw acts that didn’t make it on Saturday, brought back in for the final show. One of these acts included Top Notch, another emerging talent who was also recently featured here at frg.ie.
Tickets for the Starz Ireland Grand Final at Liberty Hall are now on sale, Adults €23.50 Child €17.50.
