You may remember that we posted news about our brand new Youth Club on Bridgefoot Street, called Busy Bees, announcing that we were looking for Youth Workers to staff the new community service for Dublin 8 residents. We currently still have a limited number of places left for locals who wish to get back into employment.
We have been allocated over 20 CE Scheme place for this new Youth Club, and we have 3-4 positions still to fill, so please do make contact with us if you would like more information about these jobs

The positions involve afternoon supervision of children, between the ages of 4 and 12, and successful applicants will be required to work 19.5 hours per week. The job will include setting up and running various youth work activities, aswell as preparing nutritious meals for the kids.
No previous experience is required. Positions are part of the Department of Social protection’s (DSP) Community Employment Scheme (CE Scheme), therefore this is a developmental opportunity, with accredited training provided – in many different areas – to support your career.
Eligibility to participate on CE Schemes is generally linked to those who are 25 years of age or over and in receipt of an Irish social welfare payment for 1 year or more.
