We here at Fountain Resource Group would like to congratulate Jordan Huysmans from the National College of Art and Design on being selected for the Threex3 internship programme.
Jordan Huysmans commented on his selection and said: “I’m very grateful to have been given this opportunity. To be able to work alongside and learn from some of Ireland’s top designers, will be hugely beneficial and a great way to progress in the design field.”
Jordan is a Visual Communication Graduate at NCAD and was one of five NCAD students to make it to the final interview stage. He and two other students, Ross Phelan and Rachel Broaders from Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology, will get to enjoy the full-time paid internship and will also be given an opportunity to work in three of Dublin’s leading design studios.
Their internships will commence in October 2016 and run until June 2017. The Threex3 programme was established by Atelier, Detail & Zero-G in 2007. “The programme offers successful candidates a full-time paid placement for 9 months post-graduation with each intern completing three months with each studio.”
“It is an excellent opportunity for Jordan to kick start his career in the creative industry. Congratulations must also be given to the other four NCAD students who made it to the final round of interviews. It is an extremely competitive process with only three places available,” John Paul Dowling the Head of department of Visual Communications at NCAD commented.
