NCAD 2017 Show

Students graduating from the National College of Art & Design this year will be exhibiting their work at the College’s annual graduate show, which is open to the public from Saturday, 10th June until Sunday, 18th June.

The NCAD 2017 Show will feature the work of graduates from across NCAD’s four Schools of Fine Art, Design, Education and Visual Culture, together with postgraduates from the Master of Fine Art and MFA Art in the Digital World programmes. In addition, a selection of work in progress and live industry projects will be on display by postgraduates in Design and Education.

The exhibition presents an opportunity for the leading artists and designers of the future to showcase their creative identities as they launch their professional careers. It’s also an opportunity for potential collectors, employers and innovators to spot the latest talent, and for curious members of the public to see the newest trends in design and art.

Weekdays: 10am to 8pm
Weekends: 10am to 5pm

Performances at 7.30pm on weekdays and 3pm on weekends

CEAD Show 2017

The NCAD 2017 Show will be followed by the annual CEAD Show, which runs from 29 June until 6 July. Selected and curated by tutors, the CEAD exhibition features work produced by non-credit and accredited evening and part-time students.

Programme of Events:

NCAD Access Service will offer free mediated tours of the show to primary school groups that have a DEIS band status during the week of 12 – 16 June.  Tours will be booked on a first come first served basis.  To request a tour contact:  mcternanf@staff.ncad.ie

What are you thinking?
NCAD students whose work engages with the complex thematics of mental health, anxiety and sexual abuse, collectively lead tours of the exhibition that focus on the theory and motivation behind their work.
Tours scheduled Wednesday 14th and Friday 16th June: 1-2pm and 5.30-6.30pm
