This week’s planning permission updates is reasonably quiet. Eight new houses are being constructed on the South Circular Road just coming into Rialto Village from the James’ Hospital end.
Diageo have applied to make storage alterations to their main brewery on Victoria Quay, to those following our updates this should be of no surprise as Guinness is investing heavily in redeveloping its property in the area.
Finally, the two large apartment blocks to be developed for the Rowerstown/Old Kilmainham Lane area (story here) have received an extension for their planning process. This is not uncommon for a development of this size, as there is certainly a lot more detail to cover.
