Sunday 6th March: To celebrate International Women’s Day, historian Pat Liddy will lead a walking tour, meeting at Fusilier’s Arch, St. Stephen’s Green at 12 noon and finishing in Moore Street. The topic on offer during the tour will be “Women and their contribution to the health of Dublin Past. History will come alive as we meet such famous Dublin women as ElizabethO’Farrell and Molly Malone. This tour is part of Dublin City Council’s programme for International Women’s Day and is free of charge.
