The UK rock group, Elbow, have announced that next year they will play at the Royal Hospital in Kilmainham, right here in Dublin 8. The gig is pencilled in for Wednesday June the 25th 2014, and tickets go on sale from Tickmaster.ie from this Thursday at 9am. They are priced at €49.50.
The band are also scheduled to play at The Marquee the day before, and those tickets will also be available. The gigs are organised by MCD, and the Dublin one will take place at The Irish Museum of Modern Art (IMMA), which is housed in the Royal Hospital Kilmainham, which was restored by the Government in 1984. It re-opened as the IMMA in May 1991.
