No major decisions in this week’s Dublin 8 planning applications to the council.  Four social housing exemption certificates were applied for with the council. The law states that residential developments of four housing units or less, or on a site of an area of 0.1 hectares or less may be exempt from the requirement to supply 20% Social/Affordable housing.  In the case of the four proposed applications this is the case.
