Diageo is a great place to work. Diageo has been listed as the 19th Best Multinational Workplace to work for, making this their sixth year of getting to the top 20 best workplaces to be working for.
Every year a study is performed to identify the top 25 best multinational companies by Great Place to Work and Fortune London. This year Diageo is the only beverages company to get to the top 25.

There are currently 6.9 million employees working for nearly 4,100 workplaces listed as Best Workplaces, this figure has doubled since 2011. Diageo also ranked second highest among the FMCG companies and appeared in Great Place to Work® Best Company List in Canada, Central America and Caribbean, Chile, Colombia, Denmark, Ireland, Mexico, Nigeria, Panama, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, the Netherlands, Uruguay and Venezuela.
