Not a huge amount of development news for the last two weeks.
Guinness has been granted permission to construct a new roasting building on their premises on Victoria Quay.
The long time planned development at the site of the rehearsal studio on James Street has been granted extension of planning permission for two years.
A decision was taken to demolish two Dolphin’s Barn’s flat complex has part of the area’s redevelopment.
Finally, permission was refused for the development of student accommodation and a pub on the site of the former “Horse and Jockey” bar on Emmett Road.
