Tasty health juices and smoothies for kids
The Vitamin C Booster is a tasty way of providing kids with their RDA of vitamin C.
Vitamin C Booster
Serves 2
2 cups spinach, fresh
½ cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
1 cup water
1 banana
1/4 cup carrots
2 cups strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
Blend spinach, orange juice and water until smooth. Then add the banana, carrots and berries, and blend again.

- 1 cup of carrots
- 3/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup 100% pure orange juice
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1/2 cup plain Greek or vanilla yogurt
- ice cubes
- Steam carrots if not using a high powered blender.
- Blend carrots with pineapple juice until smooth.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to your blender and blend until frothy and smooth.
- Serve cold!
