Summer Smoothies
Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie
500 mls fat-free milk
½ carton fat-free plain yogurt
2 Tbsp creamy natural unsalted peanut butter
1 ripe banana
1 Tbsp honey
4 ice cubes
Method
Mix ingredients in a blender.
Process until smooth.
Pour into a tall glass and serve.
Strawberry Smoothie
500 mls of skimmed milk
1 punnet of strawberries
250 mls of natural yoghurt
2 teaspoons of honey
Method
Mix the skimmed milk, sugar, natural yoghurt and strawberries in the blender.
Serve into tall glass and add ice if you prefer a chilled taste.
