Jamestown Market
The Jamestown Flea Market and Car Boot Sale takes place every Saturday and Sunday at 90 Jamestown Road, Inchicore, Dublin 8. The little Flea Market was recently reviewed by www.yours.ie and was compared by the writer as a “indoors market with a Narnian wardrobe of stuff you didn’t know you wanted”. I have visited it once myself and enjoyed a coffee in the homely coffee shop in the corner. From the corner you get to look out at the big room with so many stalls and tables that you could easily get lost in there for a few hours. The market is on the Luas line and runs on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am to 5 pm. Don’t forget to take the car, if you have one, you are bound to get shopping fever!
