Homemade Spice Bag



2 chicken fillets

100g panko breadcrumbs (can be found in asian stores)

2 eggs

1.5 tsp chili powder

1.5 tsp garlic powder

1.5 tsp salt

low cal cooking spray

4 medium sized potatoes cut into wedges

1 chili chopped

1 pepper

Half onion


Preheat oven to 200c

Spritz baking tray with low calorie spray. Place potatoe wedges onto baking sheet. place in oven for a total of 45 mins making sure to turn halfway through.

Next prepare the chicken and cut into strips. In a bowl mix the panko breadcrumbs with the salt, chili powder and garlic powder. In a separate bowl mix eggs together, Dip one strip of chicken into the egg mixture and then into the breadcrumb mixture one by one and place on a baking sheet. Place chicken strips in oven for 30 mins.

When the chicken and chips are almost done, stirfry pepper, onions and chilies for 2 mins on the pan. Mix the stirfry veg, chicken and chips all together and serve!
