Healthy Breakfast Smoothies
Spinach, Grape, and Coconut Smoothie
Ingredients
cup seedless green grapes
cup packed baby spinach
¼ cup of coconut milk
½ cup of ice
Directions
Place the grapes, spinach, ice and coconut milk in blender
Blend until smooth and frothy
Serve and enjoy!
Gingery Berry and Oat Smoothie
Ingredients
¼ cup of old fashion rolled oats
½ cup of frozen blueberries
½ cup of plain low fat yoghurt
½ cup of ice
2 teaspoons of brown sugar
½ teaspoon of grated fresh ginger
Directions
Place the oats and ½ cup of water into the blender
Leave the oats to soak in the water for about 15 minutes until they have softened
Add the blueberries, ice, sugar, ginger and yoghurt
Blend until smooth and frothy
Serve and enjoy!
