Fakeaway-Sweet Chilli Prawns and Noodles!


200g prawns

200g egg noodles

200g shredded vegetables

4 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce

1 tbsp tomato paste

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 teaspoon grated ginger

2 cloves garlic crushed

3 spring onions chopped

small sprinkle sesame seeds

spray oil


Add the soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato paste, vinegar, ginger and garlic to a bowl and whisk to combine.

Cook noodles and set aside

Spray a wok/ frying pan over a medium high heat

Add vegetables and stir fry for approx 3-4 mins

Remove and set aside

Spray the pan with oil, add the prawns and cook till pink

Add in the sauce and simmer untill thickened

Add noodles and vegetable back to pan and toss till heated through

Sprinkle with the chopped spring onions and sesame seeds

Serve and enjoy
