Vanaigrette recipe – Our guide to making homemade vanaigrette!
INGREDIENTS
220 ml White Wine Vinegar
500 ml Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Ketchup
4 Cloves Garlic (Crushed)
2 Tablespoons Mustard
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
3 Tablespoons Honey
Salt and Pepper.
METHOD
Whisk all ingredients together. Fill bottles with mixture and store in fridge.
