Homemade Haddock Pie Recipe Guide

Haddock Pie recipe – Our guide to making homemade haddock pie!

INGREDIENTS

1kg Haddock Fillets
Scallions
50g Parsley
Seasoned Flour
Cooking Oil
675g cooked potatoes (mashed)
3 tablespoons cream
salt and pepper
50g cheddar cheese (grated)

METHOD

Roll fish in seasoned cooking oil, remove flesh from skin, transfer to over-proof dish with scallions & parsley. Mix potatoes, cream, salt & pepper and spread over fish.

Sprinkle over with the grated cheese and put into a pre-heated oven, temperature 180 Celsius or gas mark 4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until browned.
