Bacon Pasta recipe – Our guide to making homemade bacon pasta!
INGREDIENTS
450g Back Rashers
2 Small Onions
4 Cloves Garlic
2 Tins of Chopped Tomatoes
Pasta
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
METHOD
Fry rashers trim off the fat and cut into strips. Slice onions, crush Garlic. Fry both in pan for 1 minute or until onion is soft.
Put rasher strips, fried onion and garlic in saucepan with tomatoes and seasoning. Simmer for 6 minutes approx, cook pasta until soft. Serve with bacon & sauce.
