Ingredients
Serves 3-4
2lbs of chicken wings
salt
black pepper
4 tbsp bbq sauce
1 tbsp honey
1/2- 1 tsp sriracha sauce
Method
Preheat oven to 200C
Place wings in a bowl and toss with salt and black pepper.
Line a baking tray with foil and place a baking rack on top. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the rack.
Bake for 45-50mins. Make sure to rotate tray halfway through cooking them. The wings should be fully cooked and crispy.
Next mix the honey, sriracha and bbq sauce in a bowl.
When the wings are cooked, transfer them to the sauce mixture and coat venly.
Serve and enjoy!
