Ireland’s first ever international BBQ Festival, a celebration of the art of cooking with fire & smoke, comes to the leafy surrounds of Herbert Park this August 17th-20th 2017
The Big Grill will allow you to smell, taste, discover and learn about all kinds of BBQ’ing grilling, smoking, meats and delacacies from around the globe, all washed down with a choice of craft beer or cider. There will be demos & workshops from well known chefs, chilli eating challenge, childrens play area with entertainment, a grand BBQ cook-off and loads more.
