Last Few Days of NCAD 2017 Show !
I was able to drop in to see the Post Graduate students work at The Annex, 101-103 James’ Street, showing both the MFA Art in the Digital World and the MFA Fine Art. An interesting visit that especially if I wanted to see the three virtual reality pieces would have taken more time than I had. Well worth the second visit I plan to make before the Saturday closing. The work ranged from some seriously conceptual rooms to more traditional painting and design. A joy to explore in an old Guinness office building.

The Back Loft, 7-11 St Augustine Street, Dublin 8: Sculpture & Expanded Practice graduate, Branwen Kavanagh will stage a site-specific immersive art theatre.
Performances at 7.30pm on weekdays and 3pm on weekends
This show will be followed by the exhibition of the CEAD students, the Continuing Education in Art and Design group. NCAD has always had a large commitment to those wanting to begin, deepen or extend their art and/or craft knowledge part time and this an exhibition of those students works. It will take place:

The NCAD 2017 Show will be followed by the annual CEAD Show, which runs from 29 June until 6 July. Selected and curated by tutors, the CEAD exhibition features work produced by non-credit and accredited evening and part-time students.
