For the first time since Meatopia set sail from New York in 2013, we’re packing our bags again and heading over to Dublin for GUINNESS X MEATOPIA on 1st and 2nd July. In partnership with the legendary black beer, Guinness, we’re staging an exclusive two day event within the walls of the St. Jame’s Gate Brewery.

Over the two days Meatopians from far and wide will eat unique dishes cooked by some of our favourite meatopia chefs alongside some amazing beers brewed at The Open Gate Brewery, the home of innovation and experimentation, by the team  at Guinness , plus guest beers from independent  brewers in the UK and Ireland.

Guinness X MEATOPIA: Six unique dishes featuring the very best ethically sourced irish meat, created by six os the world’s top live fire chefs and paired with a selection of six experimental beers. The chefs include Richard Turner, Angie Mar, Selin Kaizim, Jowett Yu, Niall Davidson and Liam Kirwan.

It’s all being served up in the innovation brewery at at guinness and soundtracked by an eclectic line-up of musicians and Djs.

Join us, fellow beers lovers and devoted meatopians from the far and wide, to get up close and meet the brewers, the chefs and the team behind the epic meat festival. Other not to miss action includes butchery demonstrations, talks with som-ale-ier Melissa Cole, a one-off Guinness beer specially brewed for the celebration , brews from guest Irish  and UK breweries and of course the never-to-be-repeated meat and beer pairings!
