The Park Singers will sing their hearts out next month in Christ Church Cathedral with their beautiful rendition of carols by candlelight. Get into the spirit of Christmas by listening to this fantastic choir and enjoying their amazing voices. The Park Singers are a four-part female choir from Dublin, formed in 1970 by Seán Creamer. The choir is currently conducted by Orla Gillan. Over the years they have performed in many venues throughout Ireland including the National Concert Hall, the Helix and Cork City Hall. The choir has also won many competitions at the Cork, Arklow, New Ross and Sligo choral festivals, as well as the Feis Ceoil. The Park Singers were named the Choir of the Festival at the 2011 Cork International Choral Festival. Overseas they have gained recognition at festivals in cities such as Llandudno, Chester and Prague. The choir has released an album entitled Regardez le Chef. This event is suitable for all the family and promises to be a magical evening where you can relax and enjoy listening to angelic voices
