In keeping with this most solemn of times of year, the ancient and most revered festival of the Pancake, our youth workers and senior youth team doled out free pancakes for young and old alike. At last count, they had served out 300 pancakes and they’re not even done! Parents also got to enjoy a warm cuppa while partaking in this most important of annual events. It has to be said fair play to Paul, Nicola and the team, I have feeling that by day’s end the thoughts of egg, lemon juice, chocolate spread or honey is going to be giving our poor amigos nightmares!
