On the 20th of November a host of colleges, education institutes and experts will converge on the Gresham Hotel in O’Connell Street, to let Dublin city residents know about their options for education and further training.
This looks like a very useful event for those who wish to re-start their education, those who are looking to pursue further education, and those who are trying to make up their minds.
This event will run from 2pm to 4pm on the 20th of this month, and it is organised by the South West Inner City Network (SWICN, who act as an umbrella organisation for local groups such as us here at FRG.ie), Inner City Organisation Network (ICON) and Community Technical Aid (CTA). The event is also supported by POBAL and the Department of Environment, Community and Local Government.
Here’s what the organisers say about the event: This event is suitable for anyone interested in third level and/or continuing education. There will be exhibitors from a range of education providers, including universities and colleges, further education colleges, community education providers and experts in the provision of educational supports. This event is free of charge and open to all.
