The Solid Rock Church of God has resubmitted for permission to build a religious community centre in Goldenbridge Industrial Park off Tyrconnell Road.  The plan will see the conversion of warehouse into a church with a library, canteen and childcare facilities.

The Heuston South Quarter project has received planning permission to see the completion of the massive development on St John’s Road.  The picture of this article is what the finished complex will look like from the “Sunken Gardens” in the Royal Hospital.   The development will see the building of 5 blocks housing a gym, office space, cultural area, childcare facilities and 126 apartments.

The Student accommodation planned for Brickfield Lane/Cork Street has applied for an extension of duration of extension of permission.  

Finally, the Digital Hub has received planning permission to change the use from residential/retail  to office, commercial and retail, cafe/restaurant on its premises on 1 Crane Street, 7 Thomas Street and 8 Thomas Street.
