Vina Gracia Cabernet Sauvignon (Chile) €11.49
Cabernet Sauvignon has a classical ruby red colour. To the nose, one finds delicious touches of red fruit such as sour cherries and strawberries which intermingle with black pepper and subtle toasty tinges. To the palate, the wine is juicy, with a medium body texture and a medium structure, with soft tannins and good acidity. A young wine and easy to drink, this is a good accompaniment to steaks and red meat dishes.
Vina Gracia Sauvignon Blanc (Chile) €11.49
This wine has a brilliant greenish yellow tone. It has an elegant floral aroma, finely mixed with tropical tinges and herbs. It is balanced with excellent acidity, fresh, tasty and persistent. It is an excellent accompaniment with chicken and pork .

Haut Poitou Sauvignon Blanc (France) €9.99
100% Sauvignon, this is a beautiful pale yellow colour with green tints. It has intense fresh fruit flavour, blackcurrant beads and grapefruits. It is powerful, with a long aromatic persistence. This wine nicely compliments all fish dishes.
Queen of Syrah (France) €9.99
This is an Old World Syrah. It is dry and not as spicy or full as a typical Australian shiraz. It is very nice with dishes such as Bacon Pasta, (see accompanying receipe).
