Bake Homemade Cupcakes Recipe Guide

Cupcakes recipe – Our guide to baking homemade Cupcakes!

INGREDIENTS

75g butter
125g Castor Sugar
2 Large Eggs
125g Flour
5ml of Baking Powder

METHOD

Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy. Gradually beat in eggs. Sift flour and baking powder together and fold this into butter. Spoon into paper cases. Bake at 180 Celsius or Gas Mark 4 for 15 -20 minutes or until golden. Leave to cool on a wire rack.

TOPPINGS

Beat 200g of cream cheese (Philadelphia) and 200g of castor sugar together, add grated rind of 1 orange and mix. Spoon on top of each cake.
